DESCRIPTION

Better Than Chia® Low-Fat Milled Chia Seed is obtained through the grinding process of the chia meal after a cold-press oil extraction. Better Than Chia® is a seed from chia (Salvia Hispanica L.), a plant originating from Central America. Chia used to be part of Aztecs and Mayas everyday diet. It was then completely forgotten for centuries, and was rediscovered recently for its outstanding nutritional composition. Better Than Chia® is selected from chia cultivated in Bolivia.
