Compliance
Ingredient safety may be the most crucial issue facing manufacturers today.
So Nutrivation employs quality controls with scientific precision to surpass your expectations at every turn. We’ve been in this business long enough to know that safety starts with stable supplier relationships – and then requires consistency, reliability, and understanding. Since our company’s inception, we’ve been hands-on, working with premium-quality raw ingredient sources, sharing our knowledge and experience to help them hone their manufacturing practices and adopt Western quality control standards. As a result, when the current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) went into effect, we and our network of suppliers were already there.
At Nutrivation, we have only one quality standard: you - our customer - must be completely satisfied. So of course, our ingredients must be the very best. Our quality assurance / quality control team not only oversees every stage of production, their expertise is also at your disposal. So if your testing differs from ours, we'll learn what you're doing and duplicate it. Or, we'll work with you to develop a protocol that ensures our specification methodology will always fit your testing needs. And when you need regulatory support, just give us a call. We maintain records tracing every ingredient back to its origin and can always provide you with comprehensive documentation.
Every batch of Nutrivation ingredients undergoes rigorous process testing
in-country, using the most up to date testing methodologies. We set up and monitor these quality benchmarks throughout the manufacturing process to assess the ingredient’s authenticity, consistency, potency, purity, and microbial load – and eliminate contaminants like heavy metals, pesticides, and organic volatile impurities.
Upon entry into the U.S., Nutrivation ingredients go directly in quarantine. until they pass additional quality control reviews conducted by independent laboratories. This third-party testing not only validates our standards and testing methods, it ensures that we deliver high-quality, “clean” ingredients that always live up to your label claims.
